CLEOPATRA’S BOREDOM INTERACTIVE AUDIOVISUAL INSTALLATION TRANSMEDIA LABWORKS | GNO 2019

The starting point is the lyric song, specifically the aria "V'adoro, pupille" by Georg Friedrich Händel (1685-1759) from the opera Julius Caesar (1724). The action on stage will not be treated as a reproduction of narrative sequences, which the audience perceives as an external observer, but as a spatial interactive experience that places the voice and lyrical song at its center, while at the same time being shaped by the active participation of the audience.
